Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Talent Acquisition systems to join our Talent (HR) Technology Engineering team. This role will cover end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for our Talent Acquisition domain, with a strong focus on integrating and optimizing core platforms, Eightfold, Workday, and related HR technologies.

As an individual contributor, you will lead the design and execution of complex business solutions that drive measurable impact on our people operations and talent strategy. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical partners to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that support our growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage the Eightfold Talent Intelligence and Workday Recruiting platforms

  • Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end processes between Eightfold and Workday. This role will work closely with HR, Engineering, vendors, and third-party integrators to optimize talent workflows and ensure data integrity across platforms

  • Partner with stakeholders to define and enhance talent acquisition, internal mobility, and talent management processes

  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity, synchronization, and security across platforms

  • Support the rollout of new Eightfold and Workday features and capabilities 

  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, integration flows, and business processes

  • Stay current with updates to Eightfold, Workday and HR technologies, recommending improvements as needed

About You:

  • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in HR technology architecture, with a focus on Talent Acquisition.

  • Deep technical expertise with Eightfold, Workday, and related HRIS/ATS/HCM platforms; strong understanding of system integration, data flows, and extensibility.

  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end business solutions that drive significant operational or strategic impact.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing at the organizational level.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-growth, global technology or media company.

  • Familiarity with modern engineering practices, cloud platforms, and security best practices in HR tech.

  • Prior experience with agile product development

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $100K - $400K.
