About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect, Integrations to lead the design and strategy of integrations between our CMMS platform and ERP/other third-party systems. This role is responsible for defining best practices, mapping workflows, and creating scalable, reusable integration frameworks that our technical team will execute.

What You'll Do in the Role

Lead the architecture and strategy for integrations between our CMMS platform and external systems.

Engage with customers, sales, and internal teams to understand integration requirements and define use cases.

Design and document integration workflows that ensure seamless data exchange and automation.

Create standardized, reusable and scalable integration templates to accelerate customer onboarding.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integrations are implemented as designed.

Evaluate and recommend integration tools and platforms to optimize efficiency.

Monitor and improve integration performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Qualifications
-
7+ years of experience in business systems, integrations, or enterprise architecture.

Deep understanding of system workflows and process mapping (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).

Familiarity with iPaaS and low-code tools (Workato, Make.com, Mulesoft, Zapier, etc.).

Understanding of API-based integrations, authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys), and data formats (JSON, XML).

Experience working with ERP, CMMS, or SaaS integrations is a strong plus.

Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical discussions.
