Job Description Summary:

Are you a marketing maestro who thrives on driving impactful projects and collaborating across dynamic teams? Rocket Software is looking for a Solution and Customer Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of a core segment of our Application Modernization portfolio.
In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing engine, orchestrating high-priority projects that fuel growth and deliver results. You’ll dive into the action—leading the charge on key initiatives that make a tangible impact such as customer retention programs, events, and pipeline-driving campaigns. You’ll partner with specialized shared services teams to bring campaigns to life and hit revenue targets.
Your mission? To ensure every project is properly prioritized, briefed, and executed seamlessly across our matrixed organization through tight alignment with sales and product stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities 

1. Portfolio Coordination  

• Serve as the central point of coordination for all marketing project needs for the portfolio. 

• Gather requirements and goals from product and sales leadership, including alignment cross-functionally on prioritization. 

• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable project briefs. 

• Balance and prioritize work across both portfolios using an established intake and workflow process. 

2. Project-Based Marketing Execution 

• Drive the execution of marketing deliverables, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines. 

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts for campaigns, product updates, content development, sales enablement, customer communications, and web updates. 

• Ensure work is on time, on brand, and consistent with Rocket Software messaging. 

3. Operational & Process Excellence 

• Maintain structured workflows for intake, prioritization, and project tracking. 

• Communicate project timelines, status updates, and blockers proactively. 

• Ensure smooth coordination between portfolio stakeholders and shared services. 

• Support reporting on project impact and engagement metrics. 

Ideal Candidate Profile 

• Exceptional project manager and communicator. 

• Proficient use of AI to improve marketing production and execution 

• Skilled at navigating a matrixed organization. 

• Experience with cross-functional alignment that results in high stakeholder and executive satisfaction 

• Able to quickly learn and adapt to technical product areas. 

• Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams. 

• Strong collaborator with the ability to influence without direct authority. 

• Ability to travel up to 20%

Annual salary range for this position is between $77,000.00 - $103,950.00 gross before taxes.
