Serve as the technical lead in sales cycles: build demos, design custom solution architectures, run short guided PoCs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, lead security reviews, collect product feedback, and maintain public technical documentation.

Role
We're seeking a highly technical and customer-facing Solution Engineer (SE) to serve as a critical partner to the Growth team, owning the "technical win" throughout the sales cycle. You will be the technical voice of Veda to our prospects, translating complex requirements into successful deployments and contributing market feedback directly to the Product Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the “technical win” for Veda in new prospect sales cycles.
- Building and enhancing Demos for Veda products.
- Building custom Solution Architecture designs for prospects and proposals.
- Support the Account Manager on technical, consultative discovery and qualification with prospects.
- Plan, execute, and manage 1-2 week Guided Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for prospective customers, defining clear technical success criteria (KPIs) that map to the prospect's business goals.
- Collect and organize feature requests for the Product Management team.
- Respond to RFP, RFI, and technical questionnaires from prospects.
- Lead the technical portion of Security reviews, articulating Veda’s security posture, audit history, and risk management practices.
- Owning and enhancing public technical documentation via https://docs.veda.tech/ and supporting the buildout of technical public facing marketing materials.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in a customer facing technical role, such as Solution Engineering or technical consulting.
- 2+ years work experience in Crypto.
- Experience designing and/or building custom integration solutions for Enterprise SaaS architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Ethereum smart contracts in a design, development or support role.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in a Solution Engineer or similar presales engineering role.
- Work experience in fintech and/or DeFi, and/or closely related industries.
- Leveraging the latest AI technologies to optimize the Solution Engineering team’s contribution to sales and marketing activities.
- Web development experience
