THE OPPORTUNITY

Cyera is redefining data security by enabling organizations to discover, classify, and protect sensitive data across cloud and on-prem environments. As a Strategic Alliances Solution Architect, you will operate at the center of Cyera’s platform innovation— unlock “better-together” solution synergies with strategic alliances, accelerate co-build of differentiated integrations, and enable revenue growth.

This role combines deep technical execution leadership with ecosystem strategy and cross-functional influence. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, and their counterparts at technology alliances to ensure integrations and platform capabilities are delivered with clarity, quality, and measurable business impact. By blending Cyera’s innovations with complementary partner offerings, you help customers accelerate AI adoption securely. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Platform Leadership

• Translate product strategy into executable integration and platform roadmaps with clear milestones and accountability.

• Manage dependencies, risks, architectural tradeoffs, and release readiness to ensure predictable delivery.

• Establish scalable frameworks as Cyera continues rapid growth.

Strategic Integrations & Partner Ecosystem

• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with strategic partners (cloud providers, SaaS platforms, data platforms, security vendors).

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact integrations that strengthen or expand Cyera’s strategic alliances and unlock new revenue opportunities.

• Proactively uncover innovative integration opportunities that do not yet exist but can differentiate Cyera in the market.

• Lead technical discovery and alignment sessions with partner engineering teams to define scope, architecture, and joint success metrics.

• Drive integrations from concept through GA launch, ensuring scalability, security, and enterprise readiness.

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Collaboration

• Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate technical integrations and platform capabilities into compelling narratives and value propositions.

• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering to create technically accurate enablement materials, demos, architecture diagrams, and customer-facing documentation.

• Contribute to technical content such as blogs, integration guides, competitive positioning, and field enablement playbooks.

• Ensure internal teams clearly understand integration architecture, customer use cases, and differentiation. 

• Support field feedback loops by incorporating customer insights into future integration roadmap planning.

Technical Execution & Risk Management

• Engage deeply in architecture discussions around APIs, data pipelines, cloud environments, and security controls.

• Ensure integrations meet Cyera’s security, compliance, scalability, and performance standards.

• Identify technical and commercial risks early and drive mitigation strategies.

• Communicate status, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to executive leadership.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ years of experience in similar roles within cybersecurity or SaaS.

• Experience building and launching API-based integrations in cloud-native environments. Hands-on proficiency with modern APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows, including those used in AI platforms, automation tools, agent frameworks, and data-driven services. 

• Experience building prototypes, proofs of concept, or reference implementations that demonstrate secure and governed access to AI services, using scripting or general-purpose languages (e.g., Python, Go). 

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI), enterprise SaaS architectures, and data security concepts. Basic understanding of private LLM deployments, agent frameworks, agent platforms, and AI-driven enterprise applications.

• Demonstrated success working with external technology partners and driving joint technical initiatives. Strong ability to lead and navigate technical and architectural discussions with clarity and confidence.

• Experience collaborating with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to produce technical customer-facing content. Skilled at simplifying complex concepts to make them accessible to diverse audiences.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value. Able to confidently discuss technical topics with business stakeholders and business priorities with technical teams.

• Ability to influence across engineering, go-to-market, and executive stakeholders without direct authority.

• Hunger to rapidly learn cutting-edge technologies while context-switching. 

• Excellent multi-tasking and follow-up skills, with a solution mindset to proactively fix problems, overcome challenges, and create opportunities rather than dwelling on obstacles.

• Innovative “better-together” opportunities are proactively identified and converted into differentiated capabilities.

• Sales and customer-facing teams are confidently enabled with clear, technically accurate messaging.

• Cross-functional execution scales effectively as Cyera continues rapid growth.

• Partner relationships are strong, collaborative, and positioned for long-term expansion.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

The range represents total compensation, and may include incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.

This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.

Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
