We are seeking a highly skilled and business-focused Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce. This role is ideal for a functional leader who can bridge business strategy and Salesforce capabilities, driving end-to-end solution design that enables revenue growth, service excellence, and AI-powered workforce productivity.
Responsibilities
• Lead client engagements for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce, defining scalable solution architectures aligned to business goals.
• Define and own the end-to-end solution design, including business processes, automation strategy, AI use cases, and cross-system integrations.
• Translate sales and service operational requirements into optimized Salesforce solutions, including pipeline management, case lifecycle management, Omnichannel routing, and AI-driven agent workflows.
• Drive solution governance, ensuring alignment with best practices, data strategy, user adoption goals, and measurable business outcomes.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, architecture vision sessions, and executive presentations, clearly articulating functional design decisions.
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to consultants and delivery teams, ensuring cohesive execution across onsite and offshore resources.
• Promote continuous innovation by leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities, including Flow, analytics, automation, and Agentforce AI features to improve productivity and customer experience.
Requirements
• 10–12 years of Salesforce experience with 5–7 years in Solution Architect or senior functional leadership roles leading enterprise Sales and Service transformations.
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce, including sales lifecycle management, forecasting, service operations, knowledge management, and AI-driven automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, security concepts, and governance frameworks from a functional architecture perspective.
• Experience designing scalable integration approaches and collaborating with technical architects on APIs, middleware, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Solid knowledge of release strategy, environment planning, change management, and user adoption best practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or relevant Consultant certifications required; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Architect certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

In California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont, the standard base pay range for this role is $150,000-180,000 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits, individual and team performance awards, others. Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
