The Opportunity
As part of the Pricing, Promotions & Revenue Management Team, you will lead the design and integration of innovative pricing applications within large enterprise environments. As a Senior Manager, you will drive the execution of smooth integration architectures, maintaining operational excellence while working with IT leaders and business stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise standards and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and provide trusted architectural guidance on trade-offs
- Drive operational excellence through impactful project management
- Oversee compliance with security policies and regulatory frameworks
- Manage and mentor a team of architects and technical leads, fostering professional growth and high-quality delivery
- Foster sturdy relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate communication
- Maintain compliance with enterprise standards and objectives
- Guide teams in delivering exceptional results and continuous improvement
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture, system integration, or enterprise architecture roles
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems preferred
- In depth experience in solution architecture roles, system integration, or enterprise architecture
- Proven success implementing SaaS pricing platforms such as Pricefx, Vendavo, PROS
- Demonstrating proficiency with integration tools and cloud technologies
- Managing large transactional and analytical data workloads
- Understanding pricing and margin optimization processes preferably in Pharma, Manufacturing, CPG, or Technology sectors
- Excelling in leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Comfortable presenting to executive audiences

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
