Harris is seeking an experienced Software Product Manager for our Globys business unit to drive success of our products from strategy through execution. In this role, you will define the product vision, create a compelling business case for new products and features, and develop pricing strategies that align with customer needs and business goals. You will collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to bring the product to market, ensuring it delivers maximum value to customers and the business.

Note: This position is remote and can work anywhere in North America. Travel for internal and client meetings (0-20%).

What’s Your Impact:

  • Product Strategy & Vision:
    • Define the overall vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for the product.
    • Define product success metrics, aligned with overall company vision.
    • Lead the creation of business cases for new products or features, including market research, competitive analysis customer insights, and ROI analysis.
    • Secure stakeholder buy-in by presenting clear, data-backed business cases and product roadmaps.
  • Pricing Strategy:
    • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to develop competitive, value-based and profitable pricing strategies.
    • Adjust pricing strategies based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives to optimize revenue.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work with sales & marketing, professional services, and R&D teams to translate the product vision into an actionable roadmap and ensure timely delivery. This includes collaboration in developing product messaging, go-to-market strategies, understanding customer needs, and refining product offering.
  • Customer & Market Insights:
    • Conduct ongoing customer research to understand their needs and pain points.
    • Analyze customer feedback and competitive products to continuously improve the product’s value proposition.
  • Product Performance:
    • Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize and iterate on product features.
    • Ensure product outcomes align with business goals, customer needs, and financial expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products to market.
  • Experience in product management in telecommunication industry is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking acumen with the ability to evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate product strategies and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and product pricing models.

What We’d Love To See:

  • Previous experience in software industry with a focus on B2B software solutions, such as Billing or ERP is an asset; Telecom product management experience is an asset
  • Experience with product launch and go-to-market strategies
  • P&L experience
