The Digital Content & Compliance Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing digital content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and ensuring compliance with privacy, accessibility, and cookie consent regulations. This role bridges content operations, technical configuration, and compliance, supporting a seamless and compliant digital experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- AEM Content Management
- Create, edit, and publish web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Configure and manage AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Consent Management & Compliance
- Configure and maintain the Osano Consent Management Platform (CMP) for cookie consent and privacy compliance.
- Monitor and implement updates related to GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy standards.
- Accessibility & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all digital content meets WCAG accessibility standards.
- Conduct regular audits for accessibility, cookie compliance, and content accuracy.
- Partner with UX and QA teams to resolve compliance-related issues.
- Technical & Operational Support
- Troubleshoot AEM authoring and CMP configuration issues.
- Provide training and documentation for internal teams on content and compliance best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to support digital initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in web content management, preferably with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Familiarity with consent management platforms (Osano or similar).
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics).
- Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics).
- Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
