The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support enterprise-caliber web and backend solutions using Java, Angular, and ReactJS within modern, cloud-based applications.
- Create and enhance major application features and components, ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Implement and modernize Java-based solutions on legacy platforms, identifying opportunities for platform and architecture improvements.
- Ensure secure, reliable software delivery through the use of DevSecOps best practices and the application of generative AI where appropriate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional agile teams, actively participating in ceremonies while supporting production incidents and service requests.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in application design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting, with 3+ years developing applications in Java.
- 2+ years of experience developing applications using a modern JavaScript framework, like Angular, and ReactJS.
- 2+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs.
- 1+ years of experience with DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Cloud native applications deployed to Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, (CI/CD, release management, automation) using Azure DevOps, experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- 2+ years of experience with Git-based repositories (GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure Repos).
- 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure tools and modern AI concepts (generative AI, machine learning, large language models, conversational AI).
