Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of software engineering experience.
- Proficient in multiple programming languages, with strong skills in object-oriented languages-preferably Typescript and REACT.
- Practiced with AI.
- Experience working within agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
- Successful track record in platform modernization, leveraging technologies including REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and frameworks like Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate your technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative and adaptable approach, demonstrating initiative and strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Understanding of technology concepts, business operations, design and development tools, system architecture, and technical standards.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
