Are you ready to use your software customization skills to deliver impactful solutions for our clients?

What You Will Do

As a Technical Services Software Engineer, you will join our dynamic team and be at the forefront of software customization projects and the implementation of Spectrum ADP solutions. You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to successful installation, collaborating closely with our Technical Services Business Analyst and Manager to ensure project timelines are met.

  • Develop custom Crystal Reports, SSRS reports, and dashboards.

  • Implement database objects (procedures, functions, and triggers) and write complex SQL queries and TSQL scripting.

  • Analyze business data relationships and develop ProIV screens.

  • Proactively communicate project progress to stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality solutions for our customers.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, computer science, and/or accounting, with a minimum of two years of custom programming experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong SQL knowledge, including queries, triggers, and stored procedures.

  • JavaScript, C++ or C#, and Crystal Reports experience.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, accounting/payroll systems, or construction accounting software

  • Bonus: Familiarity with ProIV, XML, and various types of databases.

About Your Location

Hybrid: Based out of Lake Oswego, OR or Westminster, CO or Portsmouth, NH

In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time worked in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 3 days per week, or 60% of the month in the office.

Projects may occasionally require after-hours or weekend work.
