Note: This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to building and scaling our UI frontend and RESTful API backend as part of a distributed development team.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement new features.
- Agile development: writing and maintaining code.
Skills You’ll Bring to Our Team
- Passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
- Have an understanding of basic containerization using Docker.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.
- Have an understanding of basic systems development concepts (i.e. REST APIs, Authentication, Event driven architectures.)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team members in a remote environment.
- BS. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience.)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Software Engineering experience with problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working and developing with the technologies we use.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and practices.
- Previous experience working in national security.
