WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Software Engineer on the Trading Platform team, you will play a key role in enhancing the reliability of our trading systems. You will focus on observability, operability, configurability, scalability, and availability through software engineering initiatives. Specifically, you will:
• Improve the reliability of our trading environment by focusing on observability, operability, configurability, scalability, and availability through software engineering initiatives.
• Analyze system performance and implement improvements to optimize trading operations.
• Develop software services, libraries, and tools to automate processes, reduce toil, and improve reliability.
• Partner with fellow software and support engineers, and investment professionals to continuously improve the reliability of our trading platform.

WHAT’S REQUIRED
• 7-10 years of software engineering experience.
• Knowledge of trading domain and order life cycle management.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Kotlin.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

The annual base salary range for this role is $275,000-$350,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
