This role requires you to be located in Poland to help our teams work together. It can be performed remotely or onsite in our office in Gdańsk. You can also work remotely worldwide for a maximum of 90 days per year.

As part of a unified R&D team, Engineering is prioritising key initiatives that support our customers' move to the Cloud while simultaneously continuing to bring the most value to our customers through investments across our core product suite, including Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Bitbucket.

- Build high-performing client code that is fast, testable, scalable, and of high quality
- Drive strong collaboration with other engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on great solutions
- Contribute to code reviews and documentation, and take on complex bug fixes
- Lead projects, from the technical design, implementation and launch to operation
- Onboard and mentor other engineers
Your background
You are an Android developer with a background in mobile development and an understanding of mobile development fundamentals, architecture components, and best practices.
- 4+ years of total Android development experience
- Passionate about delightful user experience and delivering customer value with a high-quality
- Understanding of Android fundamentals, architecture components, and best practices (e.g. Compose, WorkManager)
- Experience with MVP or MVVM architecture
- Experienced with Kotlin/Java
- Experience with Functional reactive programming (RxJava, Coroutines, or anything similar)
- Experienced with writing testable code and working with mobile test frameworks
- Experience with releasing to Google Play Store
- Experience with Firebase is nice-to-have
- Experience in iOS mobile development is nice-to-have
