Curri seeks an AI Software Engineer to develop AI/ML solutions, manage projects, and enhance logistics software, ensuring effective customer onboarding and satisfaction.
About the role:
Curri is seeking a driven, innovative individual to join our implementation team as a founding member. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of deploying the Curri Platform—an enterprise software and API suite that powers logistics operations for distributors. You will guide customers through every phase, from pre-launch through implementation to transitioning accounts to our Account Management team. This role requires interfacing with leaders and individual contributors across our clients’ organizations, ensuring their success in leveraging Curri’s solutions.
As the first Implementation Manager at Curri, you’ll be a trailblazer, building processes, managing multiple projects, and delivering expert knowledge of our platform. Your focus will be to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and guarantee customer satisfaction, all while working with minimal oversight.
This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills. You’ll handle projects of varying complexity while maintaining high organizational standards.
What you will do:
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions that enhance our logistics platform, focusing on scalable, production-ready systems that deliver immediate value
- Lead the development of multi-agent AI systems that improve delivery optimization and customer experience
- Build and optimize data pipelines that power our AI systems, ensuring efficient token usage and system performance
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven features, maintaining a balance between innovation and practical implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation and drive product improvements
- Take ownership of AI initiatives from conception to production, including monitoring, optimization, and iteration
- Drive technical decisions around AI architecture, tooling, and best practices
What you need to have:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated expertise in AI/ML implementations
- Strong foundation in TypeScript and Node.js, with experience or willingness to work with AI frameworks in the TypeScript ecosystem (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
- Practical experience with multi-agent AI systems and agentic AI frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready LLM code and optimizing token usage at scale
- Experience with AI/ML visibility tooling and monitoring systems
- Strong data analysis skills and experience working with large-scale datasets
- Expertise in prompt engineering, RAG implementations, and LLM chain design
- Ability to write scalable, yet scrappy code that balances innovation with practical business needs
- Demonstrated bias towards action and rapid iteration
- Low-ego, product-centric mindset with a focus on delivering customer value
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- Proficiency with our core tech stack (React, React Native, Postgres, Redis)
