  • Work closely with AI and product teams to integrate AI directly into customer-facing applications.

  • Troubleshoot production issues, including running SQL queries and validating datasets.

  • Own projects from idea to launch, helping shape product direction along the way.

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and product leaders.

  • Stay curious, keep up with the latest AI developments, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with strong backend focus and production-level frontend development.

  • Solid experience with backend language (we use Go and Python) and modern frontend frameworks, React + TypeScript.

  • Comfortable working with SQL and relational databases to troubleshoot and validate data.

  • Proven ability to solve complex, open-ended problems independently.

  • Genuine curiosity and excitement for AI, with a strong desire to learn and grow in this space.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in globally distributed remote cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in fraud, risk, or compliance domains is a significant plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to implement solutions that reduce operational inefficiencies while enhancing security and protection against potential threats.

  • Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage large language models for innovative product development.

Compensation: Base pay range of $160,000 - $200,000 USD / $200,000 - $250,000 CAD + equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits.
