  • Develop agentic workflows, reusable skills, tool integrations, and orchestration capabilities.
  • Integrate AI tools with source control, CI/CD systems, issue trackers, documentation platforms, and internal developer environments.
  • Build backend services and APIs that are secure, observable, reliable, and easy to maintain.
  • Apply software engineering practices to manage the non-deterministic nature of AI systems, including evaluation, testing, monitoring, and feedback loops.
  • Work directly with developers to understand their workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and iterate based on real-world feedback.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions and help evolve the architecture of our AI development platform.
  • Improve engineering processes, documentation, and operational practices across the team.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Software development experience using Python.
  • Experience designing, building, testing, and operating backend services or developer-facing tools.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing APIs within distributed software architecturs.
  • Practical experience using or developing with large language models, AI coding tools, or agentic AI systems.
  • Experience working with Git, automated testing, and continuous integration and delivery workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Experience developing AI agents, reusable skills, tool-calling integrations, prompts, evaluation frameworks, or agent harnesses.
  • Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, context management, and model evaluation.
  • Experience building internal developer platforms, command-line tools, IDE integrations, or engineering productivity tooling.
  • Knowledge of Kotlin, Java, Go or TypeScript.
  • Understanding of Kubernetes, containers, and modern cloud deployment practices.
