What you will do
- Develop & maintain mechanisms to provide our customers a top-notch experience when it comes to adopting and installing our components both in cloud native and hosts environments (e.g. Ansible roles/playbooks, Kubernetes operators, Helm charts, etc.)
- Design and implement a packaging and distribution framework that every other team in the company will use as a building block to ship their components (a.k.a. "agents") to our customers
- Manage and improve the CI infrastructures, creating tools to automate processes.
- Assist internal and external customers with host component installation or configuration issues, and use this information to create a feedback loop for improvement
- Incorporate inputs from our Product team and customers to refine the lifecycle management of our products
What you will bring with you
- Skill in Go programming language (with 2+ years of dev experience) from design to debugging
- Software architecture and coding best practices
- Proficiency with testing methodologies, such as unit testing and integration testing
- Experience building automation to improve the efficiency and quality of deliverable (e.g.: building pipeline with GH Actions or Jenkins, creating CLI tools)

The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between 110,000 and 138,000 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
