The Role

We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to own quality and test automation for core cybersecurity products.

You will work closely with software engineers to ensure the correctness, reliability, and scalability of complex systems in a security-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Own test automation and quality for core product areas

  • Collaborate closely with software engineers throughout the development lifecycle

  • Design and implement automated test frameworks and test strategies

  • Validate system behavior across functional, integration, and regression testing

  • Ensure system-level qualities such as reliability, performance, and scalability

  • Debug test failures, perform root cause analysis, and improve test coverage

  • Participate in design and code reviews with a quality and maintainability focus

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release quality gates

Must-Have Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as an SDET / Test Automation Engineer

  • Experience working on cybersecurity or security-adjacent products

  • Strong programming skills in Python

  • Experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks

  • Solid understanding of software development and testing best practices

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes

Nice to Have
  • Experience with distributed or cloud-native systems

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices

  • Experience testing high-reliability or security-sensitive systems

  • Ability to read and reason about system-level code
