All about the role:
The S&OE Supply Planner is the driving force behind high service levels and optimal inventory availability across the network. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing short- to mid-term planning while quickly adapting to demand fluctuations. Clear, transparent communication with key stakeholders is essential, ensuring alignment and efficiency across operations.
As a key collaborator with cross-functional teams, the Supply Planner takes ownership of priorities, swiftly resolves critical exceptions, and leverages data-driven insights to optimize deployment strategies. They champion continuous improvement, drive operational efficiency, and bring structure to complex challenges. With a sharp focus on supply constraints, product availability, and inventory risks, they provide real-time visibility that empowers informed decision-making across the organization.
What you’ll do:

Daily monitoring of location-level Demand, Production, and resulting Inventory Mix (Stock at RDC/FDC) and On Hand Available to Promise (ATP).

Partnering with various cross-functional teams to adjust plans in response to demand fluctuations or supply disruptions.

Evaluate and recommend scenarios to optimize supply outlook.

Proactively anticipate and mitigate potential supply constraints.

Provide transparent, data-driven insights on product availability, translating outages into quantifiable impacts and clear action and recovery plans for the Commercial team and relevant stakeholders.

Leverages strong presentation and communication skills to actively participate in the weekly S&OE process, contribute to content creation, and effectively convey key decisions for execution.

Ensure seamless execution of the Phase-In/Phase-Out distribution plan by closely monitoring demand, communicating impacts, and coordinating product transitions effectively.

Work closely with sales operations and manufacturing facilities to implement and track adherence to sales allocation process.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying and leading critical projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or working with MRP/ERP systems (SAP/IBP preferred).

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.

Experience or strong understanding of statistical forecasting is a plus.
