This role is the connective tissue between strategy, creative and publishing. What You'll Do:
Social Operations & Calendar Management
- Own and maintain the social production calendar
- Ensure clear visibility, prioritization, and alignment across platforms, campaigns, and content types
- Translate approved strategic ideas into executable schedules, timelines, and content capture plans
- Balance production cadence, resourcing, and timelines across teams and creators
- Maintain flexibility to support real-time cultural moments and timely activation
Content Workflow & Execution Operations
- Own and optimize end-to-end social content workflows from briefing through publishing and performance tracking
- Build, document, and maintain operational standards, processes, and playbooks
- Coordinate day-to-day production with internal teams, freelancers, and content partners
- Manage approvals, handoffs, and dependencies to ensure quality and on-time delivery
- Maintain organized asset repositories, trackers, and documentation to support scale and efficiency
Cross-Functional & Team Enablement
- Serve as the primary operational partner to Marketing and Community & Culture social teams
- Lead production meetings, briefings and cross-functional check-ins
- Provide clear status updates, timelines, and accountability across collaborators
- Enable creative and strategic teams to focus on ideation by removing operational friction
Creator & Vendor Management
- Manage and coordinate freelance creators and content contractors
- Ensure timely delivery, brand alignment, and consistency across creator output
- Support scaling creator operations as One Social expands across organic, influencer, and paid
Operations Readiness & Optimization
- Support performance reviews through accurate documentation and reporting inputs
- Identify workflow and production inefficiencies and continuously optimize tools, processes, and systems
- Help integrate operational standards across organic, influencer, and paid social into a unified publishing engine
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in brand social, advertising, or digital marketing (in-house or agency)
- Demonstrated ownership of production workflows, tooling, and creator/vendor coordination.
- Strong understanding of brand-building, campaign storytelling, and social-first creative
- Ability to think strategically while implementing hands-on
- Clear, proactive communication style and ability to keep projects moving amid ambiguity.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and creative judgment skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment.
- Experience with native platform, Emplifi or similar tools
- Passion for pets and brands, advertising, and culture
- Position may require travel
