💻 Role

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to help us create standout, high-performing content across platforms, with an emphasis on TikTok. This role is deeply hands-on and focused on developing content that drives engagement, reach, and cultural relevance.

You will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, from ideation to execution to performance analysis.

  • You’ll own content creation across social platforms, with a focus on TikTok

  • Concept, shoot, edit, and publish content at a high velocity

  • Identify trends, formats, and hooks that drive performance

  • Rapidly test and iterate on content ideas based on performance data

  • Analyze content performance and double down on what works

  • Collaborate with sellers, creators, and internal teams to produce engaging content

  • Contribute to overall social strategy while staying deeply involved in execution

As a Social Media Manager you should have 2–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand (preferably startup or high-growth environment) plus:

  • Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and growth

  • Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and humor

  • Deeply obsessed with what makes content perform—hooks, pacing, retention, and why people keep watching

  • Highly proficient in short-form video creation (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

  • Strong editing skills and familiarity with tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar

  • Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, with a natural on-screen presence when needed

  • Operates with a high-output mindset, consistently creating and testing multiple pieces of content per week

  • Self-starter who thrives in a scrappy, fast-paced environment
