We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, United States. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and foster meaningful connections with our audience across multiple platforms. You'll work collaboratively with our marketing and creative teams to produce compelling content that resonates with our target demographic while staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates.
- Develop, create, and curate engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Build and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand voice
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with our online community
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates
- Manage social media content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and creative teams to develop integrated campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep our strategy competitive
- Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility
- Create reports on social media performance and present recommendations for continuous improvement
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- 2-3 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Proficiency with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data and metrics
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotion strategies
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (preferred)
- Understanding of SEO principles and their application to social media content (preferred)
- Experience with influencer partnerships and community management (preferred)
- Knowledge of current social media marketing trends and best practices
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and platform requirements
