Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management for brands
  • Proven track record of growing social media engagement and following
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with paid social media advertising
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
  • Photography and basic video editing skills
  • Experience with influencer marketing campaigns
  • Additional certification preferred
Technical Skills
Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook)
  • Strong creative writing and copywriting abilities
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities

  • Understanding of current social media trends and best practices
What to expect...

Schedule:
  • Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.
Compensation:
  • Rate starts at $5 per hour
  • Payment is made via Deel
Equipment:
  • Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
