Job responsibilities:
- Manage and grow clients’ social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Research and follow industry trends, news, and viral formats to keep content relevant.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts - including copy, visuals, and short videos (in collaboration with the design team).
- Propose fresh ideas and campaign concepts to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare concise reports, and optimize content accordingly.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and maintain the brand’s tone of voice.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on strategy and content calendar.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for clients;
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting experience, basic design knowledge, trend awareness, and multi-platform SMM expertise;
- Solid understanding of social media metrics, platform-specific differences, and how to tailor content accordingly;
- Experience managing social media for crypto projects or strong knowledge of the crypto industry is a must;
- Familiarity with crypto culture and the ability to react quickly to trends;
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English - you’ll be communicating with a global audience;
- Personal traits: creative, self-driven, organized, and responsive; attentive to detail, adaptable, with a structured mindset;
- Ability to work according to Central European Time (CET).
