We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator to own Crewfare’s content ecosystem: social, blog, ambassadors, and giveaways and help translate our partnerships into compelling stories that drive awareness, engagement, and bookings.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and execute Crewfare’s social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

  • Create and publish short-form content (Reels, TikToks, stories, carousels) tied to events, travel, and partnerships

  • Write and publish blog content (event travel guides, destination content, announcements, recaps)

  • Own and grow Crewfare’s Ambassador Program: Recruit, manage, and activate influencers

  • Plan and execute giveaways and social campaigns with major event and brand partners

  • Collaborate with partners to amplify campaigns across channels

  • Manage content calendars aligned with key events, launches, and booking moments

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years experience in social media, content, or digital marketing

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

  • Confident writer — short-form captions and longer blog content

  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple content streams at once

  • Strong visual instinct and eye for brand consistency

  • Passion for travel, live events, music, or sports

  • Comfortable moving fast and working around real-time moments
