The Smart Energy Sr. Customer Marketing Manager will develop global marketing strategies, manage budgets, guide the marketing team, and drive integrated initiatives to increase market awareness and demand.
The Smart Energy Sr, Customer Marketing Manager for Honeywell will be responsible for owning, developing and executing the global marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand and growth for the business. This role requires strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and execute global marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand and market penetration for Smart Energy product portfolio.
- Manage the marketing budget and resources, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
- Manage, coach and guide marketing team to drive high engagement and performance.
- Lead and drive integrated marketing initiatives to deliver GBE marketing pipeline, conversion and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including leadership, sales, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Partner with offering management and sales to launch new products, enable commercial readiness and develop marketing strategies to gain traction in target markets.
- Create and manage content marketing strategies, including the development of creative assets, compelling messaging and thought leadership such as blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies to clearly articulate value and attract, retain and grow our market share.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
Must Have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer marketing, partner marketing, or a related role.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- MBA or similar advanced degree would be preferred

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
