We are looking for a passionate and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with extensive experience in architecting and maintaining high-scale, production grade SaaS environments across multiple cloud providers.
As a DevOps Engineer at Akeyless, you will be part of a high-performing team, leading the company infrastructure. You will work in a dynamic and agile environment with the most cutting edge technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and plan large-scale, multi-cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure) production architectures, ensuring compliance with strict SLAs.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support multiple development teams.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, and leveraging GitOps methodologies.
- Establish best practices for observability, logging, and alerting using technologies such as Prometheus, CloudWatch, Splunk, and Datadog.
- Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency across all environments.
- Mentor engineers, fostering a strong DevOps culture and establishing standard practices within the organization.
- 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
- Proven expertise in major Cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Demonstrated experience with Kubernetes and Docker in high-scale production environments.
- Experience in deploying and maintaining high-scale SaaS production infrastructure.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab) and ArgoCD.
- Experience in configuration management, particularly with Terraform.
- Familiarity with monitoring stacks (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus/Grafana, Coralogix).
- A proactive, self-starter capable of independent task planning and execution, while maintaining a collaborative and effective team presence.
- A strong passion for innovation and creative problem-solving.
- Solid experience with Linux.
Valued Qualifications (Advantages):
- Good understanding of security infrastructure, secured coding, and/or related certifications.
- Experience in B2B Cyber Security, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, or Encryption Keys Management.
- Experience in CloudGov and FedRAMP environments.
- Networking knowledge, including Protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP) and Network Operations.
- Strong ability for root cause analysis and big-picture thinking.
- Leveraged AI-driven automation to enhance DevOps workflows, improving system reliability, deployment speed, and operational efficiency.
- Participation in product integration processes with global clients (remote and on-site).
Base salary: $140K-$170K
