What You’ll Do 

 
• Design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft Azure. 
• Deploy and operate Kubernetes clusters (AKS or self-managed), managing workloads with Docker and Helm. 
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible. 
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for reliable, secure, and rapid software delivery. 
• Implement Chaos Engineering experiments to uncover system weaknesses and improve resiliency. 
• Develop and maintain internal tools and dashboards to support observability, automation, and reliability goals. 
• Actively debug, identify, and fix defects in infrastructure components or supporting systems in collaboration with development teams. 
• Drive toil reduction through automation using: PowerShell, Python, SQL, Power Automate  
• Monitor infrastructure and application health using: Dynatrace (preferred), Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor 
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation and lead incident resolution for production issues. 
 
What We’re Looking For 

 
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Software Development. 
• Proven ability to develop internal applications/tools and contribute code to infrastructure or production systems. 
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure services (e.g., APIM, FunctionApps, Key Vault, App Services) or AWS. 
• Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm in production environments. 
• Experience applying Chaos Engineering concepts or tools. 
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities in PowerShell, Python, SQL, and use of workflow tools like Power Automate. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, Linux system administration, and cloud security principles. 
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. 
 
Nice to Have: 

 
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) 
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) 
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate 
• Experience in FinTech or payment systems environments. 
• Experience with containerizing legacy applications for Kubernetes-based deployment.
