Job Summary:
As a People Leader within the eCommerce Product Management team, you will shape and drive Caterpillar's On Site Marketing strategy while leading a team of product managers and specialists. This role is critical to achieving annual parts sales growth targets as well as aggressive growth goals laid out for 2030.
You will define the vision, guide execution, and ensure continuous improvement of our eCommerce content management and promotional capability ecosystem, aligning product delivery with business objectives and team development. Success in this role requires solid expertise with eCommerce Administration Tools (HCL Commerce Management Center) and Digital Experience Platforms (Uniform), combined with strong product management capabilities to deliver seamless, scalable, and personalized digital experiences.

- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers and business analysts, providing clear direction, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Drive the adoption of agile practices and support the agile community within the organization.
On Site Marketing Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for HCL CMC and Uniform DXP capabilities ensuring product initiatives align with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends while prioritizing features and enhancements based on ROI, customer impact, and technical feasibility
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and business teams to deliver high quality solutions while serving as the liaison between technical and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, timelines, and communicate product updates, KPIs, and progress to leadership.
Platform Expertise:
- Leverage HCL Commerce, Feed Manager, Hightouch, CMC and Uniform DXP expertise to guide and support scalable content modeling, localization workflows, and personalization, ensuring seamless integration between eCommerce and content platforms for multi-storefront experiences.
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Adopt a customer centric approach by gathering and analyzing customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to guide product decisions while driving initiatives that enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and increase operational efficiency.
Performance Management:

- Extensive experience in an eCommerce management system role.
- Hands-on experience with Uniform DXP, highly desirable; experience with headless architecture, HCL CMC and promotional engines.
- Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Experience with Feed Manager and shopping channels such as Google, Bing, Facebook marketplace
