Job Duties and Responsibilities

Boost Mobile is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Site Acquisition / Real Estate Project Manager to lead all aspects of site acquisition for wireless network deployment projects. This role will support the Site Development team by managing the real estate lifecycle from search ring issuance to Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end site acquisition for wireless projects, including leasing, permitting, zoning, and regulatory approvals
  • Lead NTP readiness efforts, ensuring documentation and requirements are met for timely construction handoff
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones and resolve roadblocks
  • Review, negotiate, and finalize lease agreements and related documents in line with company and regulatory standards
  • Track project progress, key milestones, KPIs, and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Maintain project databases, support due diligence, and ensure accuracy of site status and documentation

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Wireless industry experience strongly preferred
  • 3-5+ years of experience in wireless site acquisition or real estate project management
  • Proven experience with lease negotiations, zoning, permitting, and municipal entitlements

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of wireless site development processes
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on data integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking systems (preferred)

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
