YOUR MISSION 

As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at True Anomaly, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager and play a critical role in managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring seamless flow of materials to support True Anomaly’s mission. You will work cross-functionally to maintain accurate stock levels, verify incoming goods, and adhere to cleanroom procedures in a fast-paced startup.  

Responsibilities 

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies 
  • Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through tracking systems, cycle counts, and audits 
  • Store and handle sensitive aerospace materials following proper procedures and compliance standards 
  • Process purchase orders, reconcile deliveries with procurement, and manage return shipments 
  • Prepare, package, and coordinate outbound shipments while ensuring regulatory and ITAR compliance 
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to fulfill inventory requests and meet operational deadlines 
  • Follow cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain quality and compliance 

Qualifications 

  • 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment 
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) 
  • Experience with inventory control systems and ERP software 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow logistics procedures 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams 
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and ability to operate forklift / pallet stacker 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lb  
  • Passion for the space industry and commitment to operational excellence 

Compensation 

  • Base Salary: $55,000-$70,000 
  • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave 

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. 

Additional Requirements 

  • Work Location – This role requires 100% on-site work at the Company’s Denver, CO headquarters
