Significance is seeking a mid-level SharePoint Administrator and Power Platform Developer to join our experienced and dedicated team supporting a large client portfolio. This position requires an active Secret clearance.

The SharePoint Administrator and Power Platform Developer will support a backlog of internal and client requests for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, including new sites, site enhancements, issue resolution, documentation, migrations, automation, and reporting. This position will use existing governance solutions and technical models to gather and document detailed requirements and design, develop, test, and implement robust automated solutions. The role will also provide training and technical support to diverse user groups.

The ideal candidate will have strong low-code development experience, excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach to delivering high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities

    • Support a backlog of internal and client requests for SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

    • Create and enhance SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, workflows, and other solutions based on client requirements.

    • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.

    • Design, develop, test, and implement robust automated solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform tools.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint and Power Platform issues and provide ongoing technical support.

    • Support SharePoint site and content migrations.

    • Develop and maintain documentation for technical solutions, processes, and user guidance.

    • Develop reports and dashboards to support client reporting needs.

    • Follow established governance solutions, technical models, and development standards.

    • Thoroughly test solutions to ensure quality, functionality, and accuracy prior to implementation.

    • Provide training to diverse user groups and develop supporting training documentation.

    • Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, resolve issues, and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Required Skills

    SharePoint Administration and Development

    • Minimum 5–7 years of experience with SharePoint administration and development.

    • Experience creating, maintaining, configuring, and provisioning numerous SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries.

    • Power Apps Development

      • Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Power Apps development.

      • Must have created and supported at least 20 forms of varying complexity.

      • Experience developing custom SharePoint list forms and canvas apps.

      • Power Automate Development

        • Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Power Automate.

        • Must have created and supported at least 20 workflows of varying complexity.

        • Power BI Development

          • Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Power BI.

          • Must have created and supported at least 10 reports of varying complexity.

          • Additional Requirements

            • Active Secret clearance.

            • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.

            • Ability to thoroughly and independently test developed solutions.

            • Ability to gather, analyze, and document technical and functional requirements.

            • Ability to provide end-user training and develop training documentation.

            • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

            • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and diverse user groups.

            • If selected for an interview, candidates must be prepared to provide a workflow diagram illustrating a solution they have developed.

We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
