The Services Resource Planning Manager - Remote position is instrumental to the Enterprise Imaging business achieving revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.

- Overseeing the allocation and management of resources within the organization to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinating with various leaders to understand their resource needs, developing strategies to address resource shortages, and implementing solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Develop process improvements to support project scheduling and resource assignment
- Support and maintain the internal tools used for Project Management and Resource Management
- Coordinate with Services managers to assess resource needs and allocate resources accordingly.
- Maintain and support internal tools used for Resource Management and Project Management
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient resource utilization
- Analyze operational constraints and develop solutions to address them

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in the medical IT field and/or equivalent experience with resource management
- 3+ years of experience in Health Care services and Hospital department-level operations - specifically Medical Imaging
- Proven experience in resource management or a related field
- Proven solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detailed knowledge of capital medical systems with specific knowledge of implementing or installing complex systems in a hospital healthcare environment
