  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor pipeline, bookings, forecasting, and delivery metrics.
  • Develop and update documentation of professional services standard operating procedures.
  • Own the full lifecycle of Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with delivery expectations.
  • Support and improve operational processes related to services sales, resource planning, and project setup.
  • Partner with RevOps, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure data integrity, accurate forecasting, and smooth handoffs.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to improve service delivery operations and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in professional services operations, sales operations, business analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including custom objects, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting services sales cycles or managing the operational side of project-based work.
  • Experience analyzing business operations and presenting insights to leadership.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and process mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in legal technology and/or professional services organizations.
  • Familiarity with CPQ tools, PSA systems, project management tools (Smartsheet, Certinia, JIRA).
  • Exposure to financial metrics such as bookings, utilization, or revenue forecasting.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or other Salesforce certifications
