The Services AI Transformation Leader will champion enterprise AI transformation strategy and execution across the Gas Power Services organization. This role will partner closely with IT/Digital Transformation (DT) teams and Services business leaders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions that drive both internal and external customer-centric outcomes. Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and own AI transformation roadmap for Services business-including pipeline of transformation initiatives, and program leadership…Create framework to scale high value use cases from idea generation to business operationalization
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of AI transformation change agents
- Lead ‘AI First’ Services organizational transformation strategy. Including organizational upskilling, Services business prompt engineering libraries, and AI adoption efforts
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders on the development of communication plans on initiative program updates, roadmaps, and strategic pivots
- Partner with DT/IT organization on AI technology selection strategy and external partner relationships
- Develop KPIs that demonstrate AI's bottom-line impact and organizational readiness—measuring financial returns, operational improvements, and customer outcomes alongside adoption rates, process maturity standards
- Ensure AI initiatives/programs comply with proper Responsible AI ethics and data governance guidelines
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of leadership level experience in a global/complex environment
- 10+ years of Services experience with a deep domain knowledge and understanding of process interdependencies, S&OP interconnects and successful demonstration of working across the business
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, GenAI capabilities, and their practical applications in industrial settings
- English proficiency required

- Past experience with python or Gen-AI techniques and tools
- Strong enterprise knowledge of ERP, CRM, PLM, and related Services business processes and systems

The base pay range for this position is $143,000k - $233,800k. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on November 1st, 2025. The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
