Job Summary:

The Services AI Change Management & Adoption Leader drives the hands-on activation and sustained adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the Gas Power Services business. Partnering closely with business process owners, GenAI Process Managers, and IT/Digital Transformation (DT) teams, this role defines and executes a repeatable change management playbook for Services AI initiatives—ensuring readiness, adoption, and measurable business impact at the initiative level. In addition, this role owns the Context Management process—ensuring that fleet, unit, and site-specific business context is properly structured, maintained, and accessible to power effective AI solutions. This role serves as a key change agent for re-designing business process flows to enable AI transformation in the business.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


·AI Change Management Playbook Execution: Execute and continuously improve the standardized change management playbook for GenAI initiatives (templates, readiness gates, activation cadence, hypercare model) using the frameworks and templates established by the Services AI Portfolio and Governance Leader.


·Context Management Process Ownership: Own the end-to-end Context Management process—defining how fleet, unit, and site-specific business context is captured, structured, validated, and maintained to enable accurate and effective AI solutions. Examples include managing fleet-level configuration data, unit maintenance and operational history, site-specific customer requirements, regional regulatory considerations, and equipment-specific knowledge that informs AI model accuracy and relevance.


·Context Data Quality & Enrichment: Partner with business process owners and data teams to ensure context data (fleet profiles, unit records, site documentation) is current, complete, and properly structured for AI consumption; drive continuous enrichment of context repositories as new AI use cases are deployed.


·Activation Workshops: Design and facilitate activation workshops that translate solution capabilities into updated standard work, roles, and operating rhythms with business process owners.


·Train-the-Trainer Enablement: Develop and deliver train-the-trainer sessions and toolkits (facilitator guides, job aids, FAQs, demos) to enable process owners and super users to train and support end users.


·Change Risk & Dependency Management: Manage a cross-initiative change risk and dependency register and drive mitigation actions to closure (readiness gaps, competing rollouts, training dependencies).


·Stakeholder Alignment & Communications: Build stakeholder maps and sponsor plans; coordinate targeted communications to support awareness, understanding, and sustained usage of AI-enabled solutions.


·Responsible AI Adoption Enablement: Partner with DT and the Services AI Portfolio and Governance Leader to reinforce responsible AI usage, approved workflows, data handling expectations, and user guardrails through enablement and communications at the initiative level.


·Training & Documentation: Create role-based training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, SOP updates, and release notes; embed enablement into workflows where possible.


·Hypercare & Stabilization: Lead post-deployment hypercare (office hours, feedback loop, issue triage coordination, FAQ/known issues log) and transition to steady-state support.


·Adoption Metrics & Corrective Action: Define adoption and outcome metrics with process owners and analytics partners at the initiative level; run reporting cadences and corrective actions when adoption or benefits lag. Provide initiative-level adoption data to the Portfolio and Governance Leader for portfolio-wide reporting and ROI measurement.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline

·       8+ years of experience leading change management, adoption/enablement, transformation, operational readiness, or product activation in a complex, matrixed organization

·       5+ years of experience in Services, Supply Chain, or industrial operations roles

·       Demonstrated experience leading change management for large-scale transformation projects/initiatives

·       Strong understanding of business process flows, operational data structures, and how context (fleet, unit, site) drives decision-making in field services environments

·       English proficiency required


Desired Characteristics:

·       Past experience with Python or GenAI techniques and tools

·       Experience with Field Service outage planning processes—familiar with resource, tooling, sourcing, training processes

·       Past experience as Service Manager, Outage Manager, CPM

·       Knowledge of Services products, processes, customer requirements, and budgeting/financial processes

·       Experience managing fleet, unit, or site-level data and configurations in an industrial or field services environment

·       Strong ERP, Salesforce, ETM, ServiceMax, and Event Vision systems experience

·       Demonstrated project management experience across a matrixed organization

·       PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

·       Strong oral and written communication skills

·       Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

·       Strong organizational skills

·       Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization

·       Demonstrated commitment for process improvement

·       Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or equivalent quality certification

·       Formal Lean Training/certification…Value Stream Mapping and Daily Management

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $114,100.00 and $190,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
