Your Career

We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and guide the work of technical staff on ServiceNow project implementations. In this client facing role, the Project Manager will manage large, complex professional services projects. The Senior PM will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team to drive project implementations. Your Impact

    • Act as an intermediary between business and technical teams.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and communication plans.
    • Plan project stages, assess business implications, and monitor progress.
    • Assign resources, timelines, and schedules.
    • Lead crew and customer meetings.
    • Oversee project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope.
    • Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
    • Utilize Agile and iterative project methodologies.
    • Develop/update project plans with objectives, technologies, systems, schedules, funding, and staffing.
    • Monitor milestones and deliverables; resolve project issues.
    • Develop and manage WBS for IT projects.
    • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
    • Prepare and deliver project status reports and internal/client-facing reports.
    • Build trust-based relationships with clients; understand and align with client expectations.
    • Ensure compliance with customer SLAs for support and enhancements.
    • Coordinate internal team efforts for prompt solutions.
    • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
    • Maintain deep understanding of ServiceNow products for effective communication.
    • Achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
    • Enhance Managed Services Delivery model and workflows.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and cross-training opportunities for team members.
    • Identify and manage risks and issues, including escalations.
    • Deliver Managed Services Offering as per subscription, adhering to SOW provisions.

    Your Experience

    • 8+ years of business-related experience, with a minimum of 7 years in technology Project/Program management, with highly desired Agile Project Management principles and experience.
    • Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, monitoring of project process, and detailing schedule reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables. 
    • Highly proficient in project methodologies and management principles
    • Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
    • Had oversight of the economics of project plans and provided actionable feedback regarding cost-benefit and return-on-investment standards.
    • Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Domain areas
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong facilitation skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to assess and mitigate risk
    • Experience leading and motivating a team
    • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
    • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change

    Education 

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field

    Certifications & Knowledge 

    The candidate must be willing and able to continue their education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond. It is expected that the candidate will be able to complete ServiceNow competency Certifications as well as Module Accreditations. 

    Certifications:

    • PMP certification
    • Agile/SCRUM certifications preferred
    • ServiceNow experience preferred.
