Job Title: ServiceNow Application Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: Contract (6+ months)
Rate: $60.00 - $75.00 per hr.
Inabia is looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience across Telecom modules such as OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer. This role is fully development-focused, involving configuration, scripting, integrations, testing, and delivery across enterprise ServiceNow environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and configure applications per architecture and technical guidelines.
Build custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
Implement integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP, web services, and Integration Hub.
Conduct testing, validation, and performance optimization of ServiceNow apps.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team.
Maintain technical documentation, workflows, and configuration standards.
Perform maintenance, upgrades, patches, and environment support tasks.
11+ years of ServiceNow project experience.
Mandatory telecom experience within the last 3 years.
Strong hands-on work with: OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integration Hub, Flow Designer.
ServiceNow migrations experience.
Additional telecom module expertise.
CSA / CAD / CIS required.
