This position is full time remote and requires a DoD secret clearance so candidates must be U.S. citizens and clearable.

Accelera Solutions is looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Developer to support our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. The ServiceNow Developer will support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment.

In this role you will design and develop ServiceNow to store data in the CMDB from an integration between Axonious and ServiceNow. You will also support configuring and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM to develop a Service Topology. You will also contribute to maintaining the Data Management Plan.

Responsibilities:
• Development and Integration: Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules. Develop scripts, workflows, and integrations with external data sources.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS), and system architecture. Troubleshoot complex system integration and compatibility issues.
• Collaboration: Work with project teams, end-users, and leadership to understand business needs, define application requirements, and conduct demo reviews.
• Team Mentorship: Instruct, direct, and check the work of other developers on the team, and assist in creating user manuals and technical reports.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience)
• Ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Must be a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Technical Expertise:
• Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementation and development (ITSM, ITOM, SPM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions), APIs (REST/SOAP), and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and Agile methodology.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist
