NASCAR Regional seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Series Director, NASCAR Regional Series.

This position directs and coordinates all activities of assigned NASCAR Regional Series (ARCA Menards Series, ARCA Menards Series East/West, NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour) by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the administrative functions of the assigned NASCAR Regional Series program, including relationships with tracks, sponsors, and competitors.

  • Oversee competition operations for the assigned NASCAR Regional Series program.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive the series forward.

  • Manage the series' departmental budget, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Approximate travel: 80%

Required skills / experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; and ten years industry-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficient in Company software and hardware.

  • Valid Driver License

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with the race schedule and event calendar.
