About the Role
We are hiring a performance-driven Marketing Growth Specialist (SEO-Focused) to drive organic search growth, increase domain authority, and generate qualified inbound leads within the remote staffing and outsourcing space.
This role is primarily responsible for SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical improvements, and content structuring. Social media will serve as a supporting channel to amplify SEO-driven content and strengthen brand authority.
You will work closely with leadership to ensure measurable growth in traffic, rankings, and inbound lead generation.
Core Focus: Search Engine Optimization (Primary Responsibility – 70–80%)
Organic Traffic Growth
Conduct high-intent keyword research targeting startups, agencies, and international businesses
Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for rankings and conversions
Improve on-page SEO elements (titles, headers, metadata, schema, internal linking)
Implement structured internal linking strategies
Technical & Structural SEO
Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes
Improve site structure, crawlability, and indexing
Monitor Core Web Vitals and site performance
Identify and resolve ranking issues
Content Authority & Topical Growth
Build topic clusters and pillar content strategy
Create structured content briefs aligned with search intent
Identify content gaps and competitor weaknesses
Strengthen domain authority through backlink opportunities
Secondary Focus: Social Media Support (20–30%)
Repurpose SEO-driven blog content into LinkedIn and Facebook posts
Support thought leadership positioning
Maintain a consistent organic posting schedule
Track engagement and visibility metrics
(Social is positioned as amplification — not the main growth driver.)
Performance & Reporting
Track keyword rankings, traffic growth, and conversions
Provide clear monthly SEO performance reports
Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategy
Measure inbound lead growth from organic channels
Requirements
Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience
Proven track record of improving rankings and organic traffic
Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and content SEO
Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Atlas, Google Analytics
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
Experience in B2B, staffing, outsourcing, or SaaS is a strong advantage
Ability to work independently and own growth metrics
