We are looking for an SEO Specialist who will own and scale organic traffic across our product and marketing ecosystem.

You will be responsible for building a structured SEO strategy, growing search visibility, and driving high-quality traffic that converts into users.

This role combines technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute SEO strategy across product pages, landing pages, and content.
  • Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities based on search intent.
  • Optimize website structure, internal linking, and on-page SEO.
  • Work closely with content and copywriting teams to create SEO-driven content.
  • Manage and improve technical SEO (indexing, crawling, page speed, Core Web Vitals).
  • Analyze competitors and identify gaps in search visibility.
  • Build and manage backlink strategy (outreach, partnerships, link building).
  • Track and analyze SEO performance (traffic, rankings, conversions).
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams on SEO improvements.
  • Support SEO for multiple regions and languages.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO (product, content, or technical SEO).
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Experience working with large websites and scaling organic traffic.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
  • Understanding of technical SEO principles.
  • Experience working with content teams and SEO-driven content strategy.
  • English B2/C1.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, Web3, or complex digital products.
  • Experience with international SEO and multi-language projects.
  • Experience with CRO and landing page optimization.
  • Basic understanding of HTML / CSS.
