About Feathery

Feathery is the AI Operating & Decisioning system for financial services. Our customers —including Fortune 500s like Allstate — use Feathery to power mission-critical workflows such as customer onboarding, insurance underwriting and quoting, account openings, and advisor transitions.

Why We’re Looking for You

Feathery is growing rapidly (over 6x YoY), and we’re building out our marketing function to match. Search is one of our highest-leverage channels: the people making buying decisions—operations leaders at RIAs, broker-dealers, insurance carriers, and brokerages—are actively searching for ways to fix broken data intake and document workflows. We want to own those results.

We’re looking for a content marketer who can write with genuine authority about financial services and knows how to turn that content into durable organic growth. If you’ve spent a few years doing SEO and writing for a B2B or fintech audience, and you’re excited to own a channel end-to-end at a fast-moving company, this role is a great fit.

About the Role

As our SEO Content Marketer, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind Feathery’s organic search presence. You’ll research what our buyers in wealth management and insurance are searching for, build the content that ranks for it, and turn that traffic into pipeline.

This is a hands-on role: you’ll be writing the majority of the content yourself, not just briefing it out. You’ll work closely with our founders, product, and go-to-market teams to translate complex workflows—underwriting submissions, account openings, claims intake—into content that’s credible to a financial services audience and useful enough to rank. You’ll own meaningful parts of the funnel and see the direct impact of your work on traffic and pipeline as we scale.

About You

  • You have 3+ years of experience in SEO and content marketing, ideally for a B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services audience.

  • You’re a strong writer who can explain technical or regulated subject matter clearly and credibly—and enjoy doing the writing yourself.

  • You understand modern SEO end-to-end: keyword and intent research, on-page optimization, content structure, internal linking, and technical fundamentals.

  • You’re comfortable with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and analytics platforms, and you make decisions based on the data.

  • You can take a topic from research to published, ranking page without heavy oversight.

  • Bonus: Direct experience writing for financial services (wealth management, insurance, lending, or payments), or familiarity with how SEO is shifting toward AI-driven and answer-based search.

  • Bonus: Hands-on experience building and shipping marketing pages in Webflow.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Feathery’s SEO content strategy—identifying the topics, keywords, and buyer intents worth ranking for across wealth management and insurance.

  • Research, write, and publish high-quality content: pillar pages, solution and use-case pages, comparison content, and blog posts.

  • Optimize existing pages and site structure to grow rankings, organic traffic, and conversion.

  • Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to ground content in real customer workflows and turn traffic into pipeline.

  • Track performance against rankings, traffic, and pipeline goals, and use those results to sharpen strategy over time.

  • Help shape how Feathery shows up in AI-driven and answer-based search as the channel evolves.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation and equity

  • Health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Remote in US and Downtown Toronto office location for Canadian appllicants

  • Office snacks and lunches

  • A supportive, low-ego team that values ownership and growth

  • Company offsite to connect and recharge

If you’re excited about building an organic growth engine for tools used by top financial institutions and want to own a channel in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment—we’d love to hear from you.

Feathery is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other legally protected characteristic. We’re committed to building an inclusive team and provide reasonable accommodations upon request.
