Position Description
SonicWall is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team during an exciting phase of growth and innovation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about web development, with a strong eye for detail and a proven track record of building high-performance, user-friendly websites. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enhance our existing corporate website and contribute to new web initiatives from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop efficient, optimized, and mobile-responsive websites using modern web technologies.
- Maintain and enhance the corporate website, including debugging, content updates, and redesigns.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and availability of the website and CMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements and deliver business-driven solutions.
- Implement A/B testing and iterate on features based on user feedback and analytics.
- Architect and implement both front-end and back-end components.
- Manage code versioning, merging, and deployment using Git.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Provide hands-on support for production issues and propose effective solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficient in React or Next.js and GraphQL.
- Strong front-end skills: TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience converting design mockups into responsive, standards-compliant HTML/CSS.
- Solid understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MS SQL and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong grasp of web security principles and best practices.
- Proficient with debugging tools and browser developer tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using related tools.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with headless CMS frameworks such as ContentStack.
- Knowledge of .NET, C#, or Angular.
- Familiarity with chatbot development and AI-powered web experiences (e.g., integrating conversational interfaces, leveraging AI APIs, or building intelligent user interactions).
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
