CTEC is seeking a Senior Web Course/eLearning Developer to join our remote team, with candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Job Description: Develops sophisticated web-based and eLearning courses for Social Security Administration training programs. Creates interactive, multimedia-rich learning experiences that comply with federal accessibility standards. Integrates complex content with learning management systems and ensures optimal user experience across various devices and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 7+ years of eLearning development
- Expert proficiency in federal-approved authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, HTML5)
- Experience developing Section 508 compliant eLearning content and SCORM-compliant courses
- Knowledge of federal web standards, accessibility guidelines, and government LMS integration requirements
- Experience with multimedia integration and federal-approved hosting platforms for online learning
Clearance: Must be able to Obtain Public Trust Clearance.
