PeopleCert is looking for a Senior Visual Designer, to elevate the visual identity of our brands across all digital and physical touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in graphic and motion design, with the ability to create high-quality, brand-aligned visuals that support a consistent and engaging experience. This role requires a solid design sensibility, attention to detail, and the capability to translate ideas into clear, impactful visual content.

 As a Senior Visual Designer, your tasks will include the following:

  •  Design high-quality visual assets across a variety of formats and platforms, including: marketing campaigns, social media graphics and animations, website and landing page visuals, event branding and collateral, motion graphics and short-form video content. 
  • Develop motion design assets such as animated explainers, product promos, infographics, etc. 
  • Bring strategic ideas to life through design that’s visually engaging and aligned with brand guidelines. 
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, brand managers and product marketing teams, as well as external partners to ensure creative consistency and impact.
  • Contribute to the evolution of PeopleCert’s visual identity across corporate and portfolio brands, i.e. PeopleCert, ITIL, PRINCE2, DEVOPS INSTITUTE, LANGUAGECERT.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through execution while meeting deadlines.  
  • Stay current on design trends and tools and brings fresh ideas to every creative discussion. 

What we Look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design or Fine Arts. Master’s degree desirable. 
  • At least 5 years experience in visual design, with a portfolio showcasing static and motion work. 
  • Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). 
  • Proven track record in campaign development, particularly in concept creation. 
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour and composition.
  • Expert user of the English language – preferably mother tongue or C2 level at a minimum (C2 level certification desired, or certificate would be a plus).
  • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
  • Strong understanding or brand management and visual identity. 
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate strategic objectives into compelling design. 
  • Knowledge of digital best practices and specs for different channels, e.g. social media, web, email, etc.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • Financial background check
  • Employment reference check.
  • If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
