We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of work. At ClickUp, design is at the core of everything we do. We believe that exceptional user experiences stem from a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a key role in creating intuitive interfaces and innovative features that enhance our users' productivity.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience shipping production-grade software, ideally in the productivity or project management space
• Strong portfolio showcasing your contributions to successful product designs in fast-paced environments
• Expertise in UX/UI design with a focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Proficiency in tackling complex interaction design challenges
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas through visual designs and interactive prototypes (we use Figma)
• Experience with design systems and familiarity with technical tools (e.g., Git, VS Code)
• Excellent visual, UI, and interaction design skills
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products

What you'll do:

• Design and improve key features of the ClickUp platform, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for your projects
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to iterate on designs and ensure successful implementation
• Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Contribute to the evolution of ClickUp's design system and overall product strategy
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in productivity and project management software design
