The opportunity
Fostering technical proficiency and enhancing product expertise is vital to our customers’ achievements. As a Content Producer within the Professional Training team at Unity, you will play a key role in creating high-quality technical learning content that enables professional users to master Unity across multiple industries.

In this role, you will primarily focus on the hands-on creation of on-demand training content, while also supporting the adaptation of that content for instructor-led delivery. You will work closely with Instructional Designers, Technical Trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure our training offerings are technically accurate, scalable, and aligned with established standards.

This role supports learners across a range of professional learning settings and contributes directly to the growth and sustainability of Unity’s training catalog.

What you'll be doing

  • Design, author, and maintain high-quality technical learning content using Unity, with a primary focus on on-demand video courses for professional audiences
  • Adapt existing on-demand training content for instructor-led delivery, ensuring alignment with established standards and formats
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers to align content with learning frameworks, structure, and delivery requirements
  • Partner with Technical Trainers and subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy while minimizing dependency on external contributors
  • Plan, produce, and edit video content to support Unity’s growing on-demand training catalog
  • Contribute to course outlines, learning scenarios, and supporting materials across industries and use cases
  • Stay current with Unity product development, features, and roadmap to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant

What we're looking for

  • Strong hands-on experience using Unity in a production, training, or educational environment
  • Demonstrated experience creating technical learning content for professional audiences
  • Ability to independently author and explain complex Unity concepts clearly and accurately
  • Experience producing video-based learning content, including planning, recording, and editing
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

You might also have

  • Experience delivering live or instructor-led technical training
  • Unity Certifications
  • Experience developing, debugging, and optimizing Unity projects
  • Experience with C# or real-time 3D development outside of games, such as interactive entertainment, visualization, or simulation
  • Experience with audio and video production equipment and software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Camtasia
